A display stand is only as straight as the jig it was welded in. We cut and bend wire on CNC machines, weld frames on fixtures, then run parts through our own automatic powder coating line — so colour, gloss and coating thickness stay consistent from the first piece to the five-thousandth.

Display Stand Buyers' Questions
Straight answers to what buyers usually ask before ordering.
What is the minimum order quantity for a custom display stand?
100 pieces per model when the tooling already exists, and around 300 pieces for a brand-new design that needs new welding jigs. For a first trial order we can sometimes run 50 pieces as a paid sample batch.
Can you produce a display stand from a photo or a sketch?
Yes. Send a photo with the main dimensions, the products it will hold and the target price. Our engineers return a drawing within 2–3 working days; a physical sample follows in 7–12 days.
How much weight can a wire display stand hold?
A typical counter stand carries 5–15 kg per shelf and a floor stand 15–40 kg per shelf. If you need more, we add cross bracing, thicker wire or a tube frame — the load test is filmed and shared before shipment.
Do you offer display stands with our logo and packaging?
Yes. We print logos by silkscreen or UV, add nameplates or die-cut header cards, and pack in your own retail cartons with barcodes and FBA labels if required.
What is the lead time and how do you ship?
Production takes 25–35 days after sample approval. We ship FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, and can quote CIF, DDP or air freight for urgent promotions.
